Is it real LEGO?
All models are assembled from real LEGO.
The models are in no way designed, approved or sponsored by the LEGO® Group.
What if a pebble is missing?
Take a picture in the booklet of the little stone you are missing. Add this photo as an attachment in the contact form and press send.
Why can I only order 1 of each set?
Wij willen alle collega’s de kans bieden om een product te bestellen en de voorraad is beperkt. Wil je meer sets bestellen? Dan kun je een mailtje sturen naar corporatecommunications@strukton.com.
What is the delivery time of my order?
Orders are shipped within two business days and, normally, also delivered within two business days.
I ordered but nothing is in yet?
Have you not received your order after 5 working days? Please contact us via the contact form above and we will sort it out for you right away!
I want to send a set as a gift, is that also possible?
You can send the set to any address in the Netherlands but we do not provide the box with wrapping paper and/or a card.
Can I see the set first before ordering it?
Op de 2e verdieping in Utrecht bij het koffiezetautomaat staat de Strukton LEGO bouwplaats waar een aantal sets te bekijken zijn. Nog niet alles hebben we al op locatie om te bekijken.
I would like to order another set from the LEGO construction site, but it is not listed among the models, is that possible?

Can I return my set?
You can, if you want to return a set you need to fill out the contact form. Then one of our employees will contact you and send you a return form. With this form you can bring the set to a postNL parcel point and do nothing else. The amount will be transferred back to your account.
How long does a reorder usually take?
Normally 2 to 3 weeks until a model comes back online.
